Learning by Practice

A group of Reservation and Ticketing students this morning visited the Windhoek Country Club Resort for hotel Operations and Management exposure. On the trip students were taken through different types of hotel rooms that include: Family room, Executive suite room, Luxury suite room and Standard room. Also,students were exposed to the Housekeeping, Front Office, Casino, Restaurants, Wine cellar departments.
