- CERTIFICATE IN OFFICE ADMINISTRATION: NQF LEVEL 4
The Certificate in Office Administration is offered as a 1-year programme. The qualification will provide the broad knowledge, skills and values needed in the administration field in all sectors and will facilitate access to, and mobility and progression within, education and training for candidates who wish to extend their range of skills and knowledge of administration within their respective industries so that they can extend their competency levels.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Entry requirement to the Office Administration programme shall be a Namibia Senior Secondary Certificate (Ordinary or Higher or a combination of both) or equivalent qualification(s), provided that the candidate has passed five or six subjects with a minimum of 14 points.
OR
Enter with a NQF Level 3 qualification from any recognized institution.
OR
Enter through the mature age/recognition of prior learning, which includes formal, informal and non-formal learning and work experience.

- DIPLOMA IN OFFICE ADMINISTRATION: NQF LEVEL 5
The purpose of the Diploma in Office Administration is to provide the learner with knowledge and skills required to gain theoretical and practical understanding of the context and strategies relevant to basic administrative and office processes, within a business or associated environment. This qualification increases the learner’s understanding of the importance of the consistent application of appropriate administrative principles and theory. It provides opportunities for problem-solving and decision-making for the organising of information and use of appropriate technology, to complete tasks and work within a team.

- DIPLOMA IN OFFICE ADMINISTRATION: NQF LEVEL 6
The Diploma in Office Administration (NQF Level 6), provides a solid background of administrative management skills which will enable the graduate to grow and progress in todayâs competitive business environment. The Diploma enables the learner to be an important all- rounder in any office, through gaining a great deal of all- round office administration and management skills. By learning more about all the aspects that contribute to a smooth-running office, learners will be able to help out in almost any department.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
The candidate should have successfully completed the Diploma in Office Administration NQF level 5 modules at International Training College or the equivalent thereof at a recognized institution.
